What size cuts do you offer?

Yardage is available in 1/2 yard increments. Multiple 1/2 yards will be cut continuously, unless otherwise noted. I also offer fat quarter bundles, panels and remnants.
You will find information about fabric measurements in each item’s product description.
Fat quarters measure approximately 18” x 22”, assuming that the width of fabric from selvage to selvage is 44”.
Is yardage cut continuously?
Yes, multiple quantities of 1/2 yards will be cut continuously. For yardage, enter the quantity of 1/2 yards you would like. For example, 2 = 1 yard, 3 = 1-1/2 yards, 4 = 2 yards, etc.
How long will it take to receive my order?
There are two parts to getting your order to you:
Processing time: Processing time is the time it takes me to prepare your order for shipping. This takes approximately 3-5 business days. Sometimes I work on weekends and holidays but not always so they are not considered “business days." Please allow an extended processing time of up to 1-2 weeks during high volume sales and seasons.
Shipping time: I use the US Postal Service for all shipping. Once your order ships, I cannot guarantee delivery times. However, Ground Advantage packages usually arrive within 2-5 business days and Priority Mail packages usually arrive within 2-3 business days.

Do you take preorders?
I am not accepting preorders for any items at this time.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. I want you to be totally satisfied with your order! Please contact me if you have an issue with your order and I will do my best to resolve it. I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Because the window for returns is limited, I encourage you to open your order and inspect it right away when you receive it so you can let me know your concerns and we can work together in a timely manner to get them resolved.
Refunds will be issued once return items are received. Full refunds do not include shipping and customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless it is my error.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled as long as they have not been processed yet. If your order has already been prepared for shipping, please refer to the previous question or see the Refund Policy.
I forgot something! Can you combine my orders?
If your order has not been processed yet, please contact me and I will be glad to combine multiple orders and refund any shipping overages.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. If you live in the Greenville area, please contact me if you would like to arrange for local pickup.
Can I apply a discount code to an order I already placed?
Maybe. Please contact me as soon as you realize you forgot to enter your discount code. If it is a current discount code, I will be happy to apply it and issue a partial refund. If it is a discount code that is no longer being offered, I will not be able to honor it. Will I pay tax on my order?
If you live in North Carolina, you will be charged a NC state sales tax and an additional, variable county tax rate on your order and shipping.
Do you offer a quantity discount?

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, I am not able to ship internationally at this time.
