Preorder policy

Great Heron Thread Co. is so excited to offer preorders on select fabric prints and collections!

What is a preorder?

Preorders provide a way to purchase fabrics from upcoming collections before they are available, to ensure that you receive them as soon as possible once they are released. An estimated delivery date is included in each preorder listing. Please note, this date is just an estimate and is subject to change at any time. 

How should I place my preorder?

Please place preorders and in-stock orders separately. In addition, if you are placing an order for any items that will be stocked at different times, your order will be held until all items are in-stock and available to ship. If you are preordering multiple collections that will be arriving at different times, you may prefer to place the orders separately.

Can I cancel my preorder?

No. All preorders are final and non-refundable. Wholesale orders are placed based on preordered amounts. Therefore, after your preorder is submitted, it cannot be canceled or changed.

In the event that Great Heron Thread Co. does not receive the amount ordered (due to changes by the manufacturer), preorders will be fulfilled in the order they were received and any orders that cannot be fulfilled will be promptly refunded.
